Ellise has been published on the 7th page of The Bridge Newspaper April 2020. The paper aims to connect the community of the downtown east neighborhood and has poignant articles regarding gentrification, urbanization and marginalized populations in the midst of the real estate boom. The poem is about an immigrant's journey through this landscape, and the attempts to unify what seems to keep falling apart.

RUPTURES is a collection of poetry about survival, loss, trauma and addiction. After being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and PTSD in 2015, Ellise has lived her life in a constant brink of chaos and euphoria. Her poetry is contemporary, insanity, addiction, escape and trauma. It is a desperate woman's attempt to claw, carve and sear her mark in a world that has continuously denied and forgotten her. It is also a testament to her identity, one that's slowly being torn apart by her disease. She hopes that her poetry will find its place in your heart:
"I love you. The misunderstood, the confused, the lost and the lonely. We are artists through and through, and this world is wonderful because of you."
